Can someone tell me if this is a big deal and is it noticeable? Ill take opionions from guys to no homo tho.

it's just nature. most people (male or female) have one breast that is bigger than the other. It's the same with a guy's testes; one usually is bigger or hangs lower than the other. you're normal. nice body, by the way.

It might be a normal variation. The picture may show it in exaggeration because you have one arm elevated.
There are, however, cases where a person has a congenital absence of the pectoralis major. This gives rise to the appearance of one side appearing larger than the other.
