There is just more of her too love!!! haha When I was pregnant my body did all of those things but it also was greasy,oily, lots of pimples. Your body is going through the changes of having another human being inside of you. Tell your friend Congrads &good luck, & it gets better!

her body is producing extra hormones and she is probably taking better care of herself, eating better, sleeping more, etc. it's nice of you to notice. you should tell her.
