Regardless of $$$ I would take ALL of my friend and family with me and visit every place I have ever dreamed of going to.

Hi...If I had only 24 hours to live, I'd spend it with my loved ones. I wouldn't live dangerously or needlessly just being with friends and family and sharing good memories of past moments and reunions and experiences that happened in prior years. have a great weekend!

I would get a second opinion first. And if THAT doctor said the first one was right, I'd use the remaining time to talk with my friends and family and tell them how much I love them
