Me & my husband quit cold turkey (it will be going on two weeks on Monday). I miss it sooooo bad!!! We have passed the physical addiction part of it, but psychologically is a WHOLE different ball game!!! Any suggestions to keep it off my mind???

1. I started smoking at about 16/17 I can't pinpoint the exact time though. 2. What is/was your favorite brand? I actually started on Clove cigarettes and liked them, but they got banned I think, they stopped selling them. I smoked Marlboro after that 3. At your peak, how much did you smoke each day? Probably 3-4 4. Did you ever quit smoking? Yes, about a month ago 5. If so, at what age did you stop? 18

I use to smoke about 10 years ago. For the first 3 months other people's cigs smoke will be the sweetest smell and you'll crave them for awhile. Give it time. Soon other people's smokes will smell like crap.

I quit about 3 months ago. It's miserable. I STILL want one. Wish I could help. Good luck.
