Please please do not have another M name. I hate twins with matching names!
How about:
Madison and Lillian (Maddy and Lily)
Madison and Freya
Madison and Georgina (Maddy and Georgie)
Madison and Sarah
Madison and Briseis (pronounced Bri-say-is)- Madison means 'Son Of Matthew' and Briseis means 'Daughter Of Bris'.
Madison and Tanaya- Tanaya means Daughter
Madison and Alison (Maddy and Alice)
Madison and Jameson- Meanings 'Son of Matthew' and 'Son of James'
Madison and Season
Madison and Callison (Maddie and Callie)
Madison and Aeron
Madison and Caelan
Madison and Gillian (Maddy and Gilly)
Madison and Cameron
Madison and Imogen
Madison and Rhiannon
Madison and Katia
Madison and Cassia (Maddie and Cassie)
Madison and Taylor
Madison and Juliet
Madison and Saskia
Madison and Catrin
Madison and Eleanor (Maddie and Ellie)
Hope that helped...

Another common crossover name (NOT beginning with an M or rhyming with Madison LOL) would be a good place to start. After all, it would be odd for one girl to have a "son of" name and the other to have something overly-feminine and frilly, know what I mean?
Other masculine or unisex names currently popular for girls:
Avery
Taylor
Riley
Aubrey
Jordan
Jayden
Bailey
Kennedy
Kendall
Peyton
Skylar
Reese
Camryn
Piper
* I've listed the most common spellings used for girls when more than one exists. Not always the most traditional spelling, or even my own preference ... just going off the numbers here. ;)
Besides the overly-matchy M beginnings, I'd also avoid any Mc- names (Mackenzie, McKenna, etc.) because of their "son of" meanings. Likewise, I'd steer clear using a second -son name, like Emerson, if you're set on Madison for the first twin. It just tends to come across as a bit ignorant when siblings -- much less twins -- are named "son of Jeffrey" and "son of Jack" (to use two examples I'm sure aren't a consideration). ;) As if the parents either had no idea what the names actually meant and accidentally implied the children each had a different father ... nothing wrong with that if it's the case, but an odd name theme nonetheless. ;)
Hope that helps!
