My partner, by showing me the beauty of the land he loved, and explaining about the stars and constellations and not in a dry scientific way, but making me see what beauty lies out there in the heavens. By making me feel wanted, loved and needed. And making me a better person, I'm so sorry he's passed away because there was more to come I'm sure.

My dad is my hero for loads of reasons, but I'd be typing forever if I went on about that, so to answer your question- he's influenced me by showing me a good way to live my life, and letting me learn from my own mistakes. I always ask him for advice, but then again one of the best things he ever taught me was to listen to advice then do what you want! He's given me some really good ground rules to follow, and I am a pretty happy chick because of it.

My grandmother is my hero.
She is a brilliant mum, wife, nan, and great grandma. I want to know that my kids can feel they can come to me and talk about ANYTHING and know i will listen, just like i know i can do that to my grandma. I hope i grow old and be just as loving and caring as what my nan is now. She never has a bad word to say about anyone, she hates to see people (anyone) upset and is always there for anyone who needs to talk and gives her honest advice if you ask for it.
My nan raised 5 kids, 17 grandchildren, and has 6 great grandchildren, and she loves them all to bits. My grandad worked hard to raise his family and keep food on the table and they did a brilliant job! Every christmas we all go and spend christams evening at her house and we all play cards or some similar games and it is great to have all the family under the same roof.
I love my nana and she is my hero. I want to be the same lovely woman and i hope my kids love me as much as we all love her!

Apart from family members i would have to say Howard Carter for the pure fact of him discovering King Tut's tomb and all his rich's. If it wasn't for him i would never of seen King Tut's death mask and would never of got amazed with Ancient Egypt.

Alexander and Caesar, because they took it upon themselves to change what they didn't like rather than depend on some 'government' or 'state', spread their ideals to other regions, and used their force of will to draw people to follow them.
