Well..my mom and step dad fight alot. Sometimes they are just little fights. It seems like they only get along during movies when they sit together and he puts his arm around her.
Anyway, there are these big fights. Like my step dad said to me one night, "I feel like I just don't want to come home anymore". and today he shouted at mom, "Just go leave so you can find another man, I don't care!!"
What should I do? Do couples fight like this and is it normal?
Advice plz..thanks..:]

There is nothing you can do about it. Maybe just tell your Mom and step-dad how you feel and maybe you can suggest marriage counseling.

Hi,
When you say "just go leave so you can find another man, I just don't care"....That's like the worst thing to say to your wife, when you don't care, what's left? certainly not love. What a husband should say is " I love you & you mean everything to me. Love is the glue that holds a relationship together. You can tell what's in a persons heart by what comes out of their mouth. I think they should separate for a while...all this fighting isn't helping anything, only making it worse.
Life is too short to stay miserable...your mom deserves to be loved & to be happy! Maybe going to church would help things? Anyway good luck to all of you.
Bye Bye

It is normal that couples disagree and have fights. I personally never fight in front of my kids. If my husband and I have a disagreement we wait until we are alone to discuss the issue at hand. I think children have enough stress in their lives without having to see the two people they love most in the world disrespecting one another and saying nasty things to each other.

Sorry you are having to go thru this. Why dont you try to sit them both down and talk to them. Tel them how you feel and that you a worried, Sometimes it takes the children to open the parents eyes and fix a problem. I wish nothing but luck to you and hope it all works out. Good luck hun!!!

It sucks!! I know! My folks are divorcing after 36 years of marriage. Sadly there's nothing you can do about it! It's NOT your fault and you can't be the glue to hold them together! Get some good friends around you to help you through this tough time!! And remember it is NOT your fault! I'm sorry!

Couples fight but sounds like your parents need some counseling. They probably will if the don't try to get help. Tell them how you feel and that their arguing bothers you.
