What should be done to people who don't pay child support?

Or don't pay support and dont spend time with the children? I suggest sending them to china to work or casturation/hysterectomy.

They usually have their wages garnished. If there are no wages to garnish, the tax return is taken. If that doesn't work, they go to jail.

There are laws governing this. It is considered not obeying a court order. Depending on the State, garnisheeing wages and tax returns, loss of drivers license and jail. Some States are real slow to make offenders comply with the law.
