there are no questions that you shouldn't ask. AIDS is something that needs to be understood completely, so you should ask any question that you can think of to understand it. I wouldn't ask anything personal, like "Do you have AIDS?" or anything like that, but if you are trying to learn about the disease and how it's spread, then you should ask anything that comes to mind.

A teacher is there to clear all your doubts on the subjects taught. So if the Qn is relevant to the subject don't hesitate to ask. If the the Qn is irrelevant or outside the subject then don't ask.
