Yes - that is just below what most psychologists consider to be a genius level, and qualifying for Mensa membership.
That is, if you truly consider IQ to be a valid measure of intelligence. In general, all IQ tells about a person is how well you absorb and process information.
Also, IQ rarely varies with age, so you may consider yourself "set for life". Although, in my experience, I recently tested 21 points higher than I did in elementary school nearly 20 years ago (which was already above the genius threshold).

An IQ of 136 indicates that you are of above average intelligence but you still can't technically be classified as a genius. Only people with an IQ of 150 or over can be classified as a genius. You are still well above the average of 80-115 points. An IQ of more than 130 points makes you eligible to join Mensa.
You should keep in mind that IQ is affected by many factors and that it is possible that your IQ is significantly higher than the result you received if you didn't get much sleep the night before the test or if you weren't concentrating your hardest.

136 is high regardless of who took it because it's all about how well you did on the test compared to other people your age.
What it actually means depends entirely on the test. Some tests only go up to 150, which means your 136 is very high. Others go up to 180, which still makes your 136 high, but not that high.

age does not matter in an iq test, the questions are designed to test how well you can use logic and learn on the run
but 136 is high for anyone

136 is great at any age. The average is somewhere between 90 and 110. I think below 80 is mentally challenged.

It would be high for even an 18 year old.
Your IQ score indicates that you have the native intelligence to do well in school. You should be able to obtain 90s in all or most of your subjects. You need the I WILL to go along with it. You will be very successful when you have both.

Yes thats very good. But IQ is difficult to define, as some people are clever at some things and some are clever at others. IQ gives no idea on how succesful you will be later on in life.

141 is the highest mark you can get for 11+. you received a 136 so i'd say: You’ve got a very experiential way of learning and a strong mathematical mind and you have mastered the art and science of precision. That’s what makes you a Precision Processor. For you, life is a series of equations.
Your brain is naturally predisposed to intense mathematical acuity, so it’s second nature for you to cut to the heart of an issue, to discover quick solutions while others get bogged down in unnecessary details. This allows you to communicate a variety of ideas to other people, so don’t keep it to yourself.
