Dell inspiron laptop screen compatibility?

I have a dell inspiron b120 and i need to replace my screen. I saw on the internet (ebay) 2 screens. A 14.1 inch and a 15.4 inch. The 15.4 inch is glossy and clearer, so i am leaning towards that. But, i have a 14.1 inch screen right now. Would both be compatible? Could I buy any lcd to replace mine?

YES and YES.
Note some may require drivers depending on your Operating System. Most times these are available from the Monitor Manufacture, They plug in and if they require something special there will be a bow that opens and says New Hardware has been detected and will give a side note that it may require special drivers and will ask if you want windows to find them.
