Well, you can grown any tomato in Oklahoma. I should know because I grow all sorts of tomatoes and I live in Oklahoma. I'm not sure what you mean by "little core" unless you are asking for a tomatoe that is more meat than seed. If so then I will suggest the heirloom called Orange Oxheart. It is a very large, very meaty, and very tasty tomato with very few seeds.
