October 2007: Received license

February 2007: Wasn't speeding or anything wrong, I was pulled over for a busted tailight, then ticketed for driving passenger without six months of driving time.

August 2007: Ticketed for going 50 in a 40 mph zone.

--Two traffic offenses within first year of driving...

Question: How long can my license be suspended for these offenses?

The DMV should have stated how long when they gave you notice it was suspended.

Your state statutes and your state's motor vehicle regulations determine the maximum.

Rarely do you get the maximum suspension.

In your case, it should be 99 years.
