That just seems like a law that is anti-immigrant to me.

I think there should be something about fire codes, but if a couple has a bunch of kids and they can't afford more than a three bedroom home, then are they supposed to go homeless? I think that's ridiculous. The only time when I would say a law would be good about the number of people living in a house is if it's a group home. Then, there should be no more than a person per bedroom.

Given the freedoms we have in this country, I would say no, there shouldn't be rules about people's private homes. But, if there are 15 people in a 3 BR home, that's annoying to neighbors, a fire hazard, likely to be unsanitary, likely to be loud, and I sure wouldn't want to live next to it.

No. We don't need anymore laws. If you have 15 people next door and they are creating a disturbance of the peace, we already have a law for that!

YES...if you live next door to 15 people living in a 3 bedroom house. They may own the home, but think of the neighbors. Imagine if you were the next door neighbor?

Yeah, there needs to be some control, when every Mexican home owner wants to turn their dwelling into a boarding house for illegals !

Most communities have ordinances covering that because of fire and sanitation.
