My daughter's school released her to go with her father yesterday for the secound time! Once last year, and then yesterday. I have court orders and so does the school stating that he is to recieve supervised visitation only!! The principal told me he had a conflict of interest and a lack of judgement because he was her father's highschool principal!!! and thats why he let her go. I'm irrate, my daughter is now with someone who CPS found to be a danger to her all because her school principal remembered the old Lloyd and thought it would be okay!!! I know I have a case I juat need to know how to find a good lawyer, or what exactly to do.

OK first you need a lawyer, and have the lawyer write a letter the superintendent of schools. You need to DEMAND that the principal be disciplined. His lack of judgment could easily endanger your daughter. If his judgment is that bad, he shouldn’t be in charge of children. After all, for all he knows your ex sexually abused her, and he just turned her over to him.

Next, got back to the court that issued the order and file a complaint for non-compliance, and maybe a modification is needed so that there NO visitation.

If you know anyone in CPS they can point you to a good lawyer referral service, or might if you ask nice they might tell you a few names of lawyers.

Good luck

Complain to the school board (or whatever supervisory group there is) about the principal, and see what action they are willing to take. Take her out of that school if you get no relief. The principal certainly has a lack of judgment, but not a conflict of interest just because he used to know her father. A principal should have a master's degree, plenty of training, and the common sense to know how to follow a court order.

Contact the Superintendent of Schools for your area. The Principal was way off base in his decision and also violating the law and court order. No excuse. Go, in person, to the court that issued the order and file a complaint for non-compliance. I am thinking you need a criminal lawyer for this case. You may be able to make your ex pay for your attorney since his actions are the reason for you needing one.

Hopefully your daughter and all kids will learn the importance of doing a great job in selecting the father/mother of their kids.

If the school broke the rule, you should call the Superintendent.

Life is best when kids can live in a good marriage.

Many experts say it's important for a parent to NOT belittle the other parent in a divorce.

If I got divorced, I feel lucky because I know my kids' mom is an amazing mom.

Not sure....but I agree with your decision 100%. Just hint at a lawsuit, and it will never happen again.

I think you need to take a deep breath ! Quit dragging everyone into your domestic problems because you can't work them out yourself, and quit using your kid as your vindictive weapon, just because you and Lloyd are no longer on the same page.
