I feel that nobody in the world understand me. I try to talk then I asked myself why I told those people because they did not deserve to talk with them and they did not understand what I mean and what I want, they may make light of me, they did not give me the solution and they did know what I want.
right that I have friends and I tell them somethings which may I will not tell it to anyone, but in the same time I have lots of things that I cant tell them about it and even if I will tell them they will not understand me.
I have a human inside me which I keep every thing with him because he is the only one who understand me, this human is myself.

I often feels this way, but then I don't make it easy for people to understand. Communication is a two way street. Both the communicator and the receiver of the message have to be committed to understanding what is being said. Look into Imago therapy and communication techniques. Sometimes learning how to understand other people is the key to us learning how to communicate our message. We have to understand what it is we want to say and we have to understand how people might receive or understand or message before we communicate it so that it will be received clearly. Sometimes in anxiety provoking situations this is very difficult because our thoughts are jumbled and racing. We need to take the time to unravel these thoughts and feelings within ourselves before we communicate them. Many people see a therapist just because they cannot find someone they can talk to who will not judge them and allow them to talk their feeling out and work through their thoughts. If you cannot find such a friend, there are people online who provide counseling or therapy for free, I believe. Search for them by looking for online therapy. I use metacrawler as a search engine.

Absolutely since my husband committed suicide, nobody understand or realizes that is the worst way to lose a loved one who was so dear to you and it doesn't go away. They don't understand the emotions we go through and will for a very long time. And the things we are left to face and do for our own. Such the worst time in life and not understood unless they have experienced it in some way in their life.

Some people are very hard to read and therefor hard to understand. I really don't have this problem. All the people I deal with are very up front about who they are and what they want and like in life.

From time to time, yes. It can be frustrating, but it's nice to find a good friend that does.
