Matlab is a standalone software for your computer. You can't use it on the internet. It is a high level programming language used to solve math problems. Although, you can use it for simpler things that a graphing calculator would be used for.

Mathematica and Maple are other well known math software packages.
All of these software packages are very expensive. There are other software out there that will just act like a graphing calculator and that will be much cheaper.
