Phone the Samaritans. Although everyone seems to tell me their bad confessions (with little prompting), so you'd best fire away...

The Bible is clear, "There is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus." I Tim 2:5. The only person to confess to is Jesus Christ. But if you did something that hurt someone else, He may move in you to clear that up, too.

Confess to God. Go right to the top. And the Bible says that "He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." I John 1:9.

He will forgive your sin and cleanse you. Stand on the facts in the Bible.

It would depend on what you are confessing, prayer is a good start, but if it is something illegal, then maybe the police, or even talk it though with a counselor.

Good question.

If you just wish to unburden yourself I suppose you could call somewhere like the Samaritans. They have to keep every thing confidential and wont know who you are. That's kind of like a confessional. I've called them when I've been trouble by stuff that I did not want to tell any one else who could blab. It's also not face to face. Other than that I have no idea.

With what aim? To feel better about yourself or to ensure that things be made right again? The latter is often impossible to achieve which is why we have the concept of retributive justice. You could always talk to the police ...

If it is something against the law then you should obviiously go to the police.......Morally or otherwise I am sure a minister of any other church would be willing to listen to you and guide you in the right direction of what you should do to gain repentance or make restitution.

If you feel compelled to confess, see your pastor or priest. If you do not have a religious affiliation, then confess to whomever you have wronged.

It depends on the sin and person, any religious leader/teacher will listen or a close friend or whom you have wronged or somewhere like 'answers' where they don't really know you but allow you to get it off your chest

The police station. You'll probably get off easy because you admitted to what ever you did. Unless of course you killed, raped, or sold large quantities of drugs.

God hears our prayers... you don't need a booth to speak to God. just go into your room, close the door, put a busy sign up, switch everything off and ask for forgiveness. He's such an awesome God, He'll forgive you.

i learnt that the only things God doesn't forgive is the things we don't confess
