I'm trying to send a mail from within my state, but do i still have to put a 41 cent stamp on it? If not then how much?

its 41 to send a letter. Over a curtain size and weight you have to add at least 17 cents more.

its the stamps that you use. like if it has a 25 on it then it is 25 cent

Just buy a stamp from the postoffice. $.41 is enough.
