The first CD I bought with my own money was 3 Doors Down- Away from the Sun. Pitiful, I know. I didn't buy CDs often because I thought they were expensive compared to tapes and I didn't have a portable CD player. The first cassette tape I bought was probably Billy Joel or Phil Collins. Today I am going to buy something from Sodom, Emperor, Kreator, Dark Tranquility, Dissection, Venom, or Carcass.

My first album was Judas Priest's - Unleashed in the East.
One of the best live albums ever recorded. I don't like live albums as a rule, but this one is a classic.
