Don't! She's probably thinking about ways to make ends meet! Way back in the day (when my folks were young) sugar was something you had to use sparingly! Maybe she's just a little concerned! Or, if she thinks they're "cute" or something, go to the grocery store and buy her a box of the prepackaged sugars! Have a great and safe weekend! Annie

tie her hands together, don't take her to the restaurant, but if she is really in need of sugar then you take them for her save you the bother of trying to stop her.

Hand it to the server and say "we don't need this, could you take it for me, please?" I knew someone that stole the silverware, candles, salt shaker, you name it. She walked out of a restaurant carrying a LIT candle and not one person said a word to her. It's an illness. Is she stealing handfuls of potpourri yet? I knew one of those, too!
