L. Tomlinson and St. Jackson are the first 2 picks should I take Larry Johnson or should I get a guy like Reggie Bush who catches alot of passes.

Probably LJ or Addai.
Even with PPR, Bush & Westbrook only move up a few spots, so they'd be good choices as the 7th or 8th RB taken instead of the 11th or 12th, but not all the way up to #3 overall!!!
Westbrook had his best year ever last year, so his numbers will probably be closer to his average this year- a little lower. Meanwhile, New Orleans splits the load between Deuce and Reggie, he doesn't get all the carries like Alexander, LJ, LT etc.

If LT is there i would go with him if not St. Jackson then Larry Johnson I would pick up Brian Westbrook over Reggie Bush at this point.

#3 should be larry johnson or westbrook. Westbrook is a pass catching machine and with mcnabb at full health he should have a banner year. I wouldn't argue if you took him over johnson. Trent green isn't QB anymore.....so will he get those receptions again. I would give Westbrook a slight edge. After westbrook and johnson then its addai and then gore than bush
