Start with the wheel FARTHEST from the master cylender and work toward it. Start with passenger rear then driver rear, then passenger front., then driver front. You can gravity bleed, let the fluid run til no air bubbles are present, but make sure fluid in master cylinder is full at all times.

The best way to do this is to ensure the master cylinder is full of brake fluid and to keep filling it as the bleed procedure continues. I used to open all four bleed screws on every caliper and wheel cylinder. Once the brake fluid is running freely from all corners and the fluid appears to be fresh and clean as you are constantly filling the master cylinder's reservoir. I would snug up both front and the left rear bleed screws and then snug up the right rear. Then I would do a couple of pressure bleeds from each wheel with a friend pushing and holding the pedal. You always start at the RR wheel, move the the LR wheel, then RF, and finally the LF. Once you are done, be sure all the bleed screws are tight, clean off the brake fluid, and re-install the protective caps on all the bleed screws. Now be sure the fluid is full and done.

With all vehicles, the sequence is the same. Start with the rotor closest to the master cylinder and move further away w/ each, successive bleeding.
Typically, driver side front, passenger front, driver rear and ending w/ passenger rear.
This is also able to be done alone, very easily, by slipping a plastic tube over the bleed orifice and running it down into a container of brake fluid. Open the orifice, making sure the loose end of the tube is submerged in fluid. Pump the brakes as if you had a helper. As you pump out air, it bubbles into the container of brake fluid. As you let off of the brake, instead of sucking in air, fluid is sucked back in.
