I currently am starting Cincinatti defense because they are playing the Ravens, and after week 1, I will drop them for Carolina. Obviously not a desireable defense combo.
My question is it worth trading Jerious Norwood for Dallas defense. I currently have LT, Turner (his handcuff), Brandon Jacobs, and Betts. If I do this trade I'll prolly add Cadilac Williams who was just dropped. Do you think I should keep Norwood, hope he explodes in the 1st few weeks of the season and then trade him, or do it now. And also is Dallas D a big enough upgrade over Carolina.

Um, you might want to check on Turner's status- he was hurt last week. Right now if LT goes down, Darren Sproles would get the call...
I'd keep Norwood since Dunn is coming back from an injury and around that age where it gets harder to make it back. Plus with Vick gone, he probably won't be able to carry the full load.
Carolina's D has the advantage of playing the Falcons and Bucs twice (both starting new QBs). New Orleans is the only real offensive power in their division.
Dallas has to play the Giants and Eagles, and even the Redskins can score points sometimes.

If cadillac is available U should consider it, BUT I think Norwood is taking over for Dunn and he is one of the most explosive backs and can fly...plus if your league has return yardage I believe norwood is still doing that..not sure. Look into it. Also Betts is very good but I think Portis is sick of the neg talk regarding himself and if healthy he could GO OFF this year.Betts may just be a very good back up with less playing time than Norwood. Time will tell but something to think about

yeah the dallas defense is gonna be good this year i would do that trade in a heartbeat considering Carnell Williams could be picked up to replace Norwood.

NO, I would keep Norwood. Carolina has a pretty good DEF. I think you're fine, keep your team how it is.
