Honey, I'm sorry-but if your hormones are dropping, you're going to lose the pregnancy. It has nothing to do with blood loss. =( I am sorry. You will probably start bleeding again within the next few days.

I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I experienced a miscarriage in May and I never saw anything. I was spotting and the doctor could not detect a heartbeat...because of that, I had to have a D&C. The doctor said I probably had a missed miscarriage and my body wasn't able to pass anything.
I think if you've been bleeding for that long, it might be best to get to the hospital so they can do a sonogram. That will help you determine if the baby will still make it, or if you need to get a D&C.

I'm so sorry. From everything I read during my pregnancy, once the bleeding starts like that, it is already too late to stop it with hormones or any other means. Pray for a miracle and maybe you will be heard, but do not torture yourself. Just believe that "HE" felt the time was not right for you if it helps. I found a lot of good info in the books "What to expect when you are expecting" and "Panic free pregnancy" Work with your health care provider and seek guidance from a clergy-person. I wish you any solace you can find and pray for you.

I'm so sorry, but when the hormone drops it means the baby stops developing and a miscarriage will happen. Usually this is due to a chromosomal abnormaility. Bleeding has nothing to do with the HCG level. Also, at 6 weeks, there really isn't anything to see. You probably already passed it.

Sounds to me like you have already lost your baby, BUT you can always try again, U can be very fertile after having a miscarriage. Just know in the future that you need to stay stress and worry free especially in the beggining of pregnancy, because there is a HIGHER risk of miscarrige at the early stages, I pray for you. And i hope you can go and try for another baby soon.

Stay positive, and know what doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

GOD knows whats best for you

I'm sorry that this happened to you, it happened to my sister but she was having twins. So the first baby they did a DNC, but only took one of the babies out cause they didn't know it was twins. When she went to the doctor the next week because she was losing alot of blood she miscarried the other baby. I felt so bad because she was trying for 4 years. After that happened she's been trying to get pregnant again but no luck. I'm really sorry because I know it hurts to lose a unborn child that you want so bad.

I completely know how you are feeling. I am also 6 weeks pregnant and am either miscarrying or have an ectopic pregnancy. It's an awful situation and I hope and wish the best for you. If you ever want to talk leave me an e-mail (leahbabiiox@yahoo.com)

These people have no hope, I bled early in pregnancy and the doc gave me hormone(progesterone) and my baby is fine. It is worth a shot. And if you do find out this pregnancy did not work out you may want to start taking the hormone early next time. Best wishes.

Honey, you need to call your doctor. If he says you are going to miscarry and you have not yet you could get yourself into a host of health issues. I would rather be safe and take the advise of an educated doctor over us.
