so my ex-boyfriend was always worried that i was going to cheat. he would get mad if i went out and drank cause he thought that i would have some uncontrollable urge. i would never cheat on anyone even if i drank or what not. well low and behold, he got drunk one night and cheated on me (slept with some random girl). my question is, do you think that they are saying they are worried about you cheating when in fact, they think they themselves are going to cheat? i mean i usually only hear about people being so worried when they end up cheating themselves.

Well obviously he's your ex for a reason.. my ex boyfriend used to do the SAME thing and he also ended up going with another girl. My thinking is obviously they are insecure with themselves to constantly be on their better half like that... I HONESTLY think that cheaters yell about you hooking up with someone else because they know what goes through their head when they see a hottie and they dont want you having the same thoughts when they're not around to stop it. They know that they have no control and they expect you to be the same way... so yeah, I agree with you that they know. Screw him. The next guy will treat you 10 times better

My ex used to think I was cheating on her all of the time. I have never cheated on anyone. However she was cheating on me the entire time. So your experiance is not unique. With some personalities, accusing someone else of cheating means you are thinking of it or have done it and cant understand how another person doesnt.

seems there's a situation interior the courting and he could be cheating, he seems to choose on out of the homestead often and if somebody over heard a communicate that is authentic, he could desire to be cheating and in case you sense you are able to desire to tell your sister then accomplish that, yet be careful on account which you bypass and tell then you swap out to be the undesirable one, ask common questions, see what she is familiar with or if she has a clue, then it extremely is truly helpful to proportion what you realize.

Yeah, it's called a guilty conscience. He was trying to create a diversion and make you think youre the bad one...when really, deep down, he was trying to tell you he was capable of it...because I think he knew it was going to happen eventually...if it already didn't pastly.

They could be projecting..or they could have trust issues stemming from the past.Either way he was wrong for what he did and I wouldn't have been able to stay with him.

He's trying to brainwash you into thinking he cares, and once he has that trust, he thinks he's free to do whatever and lie his way out of it. Get rid of him.

Yes. I really believe that is it. My friend had the same problem. Since they know they would do it, they think you will too.
