Does anybody know the name of the song Raven and her prom date was dancing to on "That's so Raven"?

I swear if I see another "That's So Raven" re-run I think I'm going to puke! Be anyway, on this last episode when she is late for the prom and she get stuck in the limo. And her boyfriend from out of town come along and Eddie dedicates Raven's favorite song to her and her boyfriend and their both dance to it. Do you know the title of it? Is that Raven singing on the song?

it was blue rain. look it up on google or youtube it might be a real band
