Blood enters the heart from the superior and inferior vena cava then enters the right atrium, through the bicuspid valve, then to the right ventricle up the pulmonary trunk to the lungs then back in from the pulmonary veins, into the left atrium, then into the left ventricle, then up the aorta.

A ventricle is a chamber which collects blood from an atrium and pumps it to different places of the human body.Left ventricle pumps blood into the systemic circulation and for the rest of the entire body.
