Where do all those socks go to? You put in a pair and only one comes out. Is it just me or do other people have this problem too?

My husband puts them in a bag in the back of the closet thinking I won't miss them. He does the rest of the laundry, and pretends nothing happened. :)

When this was asked a few weeks ago someone said they are actually inside your washer, having been thrown in the spin cycle out of the wash drum. If you open the front of the washer you'll find them. Having had the front off a few times, I've never found socks in there. You might want to invest in some small plastic clothes pins or a wash bag. Either pin the socks together making them easier to find and harder to escape to "hozone" or put them into a mesh bag and wash them together. BTW, if my missing socks show up at your house, send them home, tell them I've cut my toes nails.

Well, they usually end up inside other garments because of static cling thats how my socks go missing or sometimes I have left them in the washing machine by accident and no it's not just you this happens to everyone simply because of static cling or overlooking the sock inside the washing machine and thinking it was put in the dryer

They get stuck inside other clothes. Sometimes they go down the drain in the washer. You can buy a little clip to hook them together.
