i now have 7 indian elephants, 1 horse, a pride of lions, 35 mice, 1 bent fork and a broken lawnmover on my garden.

If you like. But I don't think people will be willing to pay to come and see a bent fork and a broken lawn mower and 105 mice....
(LOL 105 mice coz they would have mulitplied by the time you get your zoo up and running)

mow the lawn and have a Bar-B-Q.

yes and hurry the city guy will along soon and the fines until the cleanup is finished are levied daily @ $250 a day you should charge at least $7.50 per person and maybe $5 per child

seems like you have a lot of time on your hands so you can charge as you wish... but i agree, you really should build that shed! where will the paying customers seek refuge otherwise?!
