There's a woman in Belfast, May O'Naise, who really knows her onions when it comes to this law. She says there's not a shred of evidence to support the theory that the age of the horse and carriage was any better than the current cab age. After all, the horse had to be led by dangling a carrot from a stick (quite tiring) ... whilst listening to a cabbie can grate on your nerves.

Serious or not here's a serious answer
Governor Signs Cole's Law

Sacramento, Calif. – In a major victory for child victims of sexual abuse, Governor Schwarzenegger today signed Cole's Law (SB 138), authored by Senator Abel Maldonado (R-Santa Maria).

Cole's Law will allow children who are victimized by sexual predators and who are too afraid to face their assailants in court to testify from outside the courtroom via closed circuit television. Thirty-nine other states and the federal government have similar provisions.

"Today is an important day for children who have been victimized by sexual predators," said Maldonado. "SB 138 protects these young innocents from further trauma and intimidation in the courtroom."

SB 138 arose from a specific incident in Maldonado's district concerning a youngster who was a victim of sexual abuse yet was too scared to testify in court in the presence of his assailant. As a result, the boy's alleged perpetrator was never convicted in court.

Supporters for Cole's Law include the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office, the California District Attorney's Office, the San Luis Obispo Child Development Center, the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County, Crime Victims United of California, Parents United International, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff.

"These children deserve the opportunity to tell their side of the story," said Maldonado. "Under Cole's Law, these children can now fight back."

yeah sure can.....(however this is the specialist law applying to the branch of Cole's Law, subsection Ashley)

Marry a bimbo from a contrived "no mark" girls group, become stroppy and gradually decline in your ability to defend, whilst still being paid £80K+ a week...

the's mathematical formula for the law is :-

Talent (plus) Hype (minus) integrity (over) cutie with legs (divided by) Cole = £250k for "Hello" photo shoot.

any good.
