I took it out too early last night. Its not done yet. So can I put it bake in today for a few more hours?

Salt dough is an air-dry clay, and it doesn't *need* to be baked in the first place... it just speeds up the drying (which usually takes 24 hrs. or so, depending on thickness). In fact, heating too high too quickly can make it crack.

So you can either put the item back in the oven on a very low heat for longer, or you can just let it sit out (preferably in a low-humidity area, with some circulating air) until it's completely hardened.

Try it. You will have to throw it out and start again anyway - consider it "experimentation". Good luck!
