the guy i like is really really short!
Well I'm 5"1[yeah im short] but i usually like my guys at least 5"6 y'no?
well this one guy...hes between 5"3 and 5"4...
all my frens all call him "frodo"
what shd i do?

Honestly, there's nothing to worry about here. For some reason that I'm unsure of, friends love to make fun of the guys you like; probably because they know it'll get on your nerves. Try mentioning to your friends that Frodo is a very cute, sweet, and mighty brave character, so their insistence on calling your guy "frodo" is quite the compliment! Who cares if this guy is a little shorter than the ones you're typically attracted to? You said yourself you like this guy, and that's all that matters. Try to focus entirely on him as a person, not on his height and all will be fine.

Well if you like him who cares what everyone else thinks and just because he is only5"3 now does not mean he will always be short and if he is so what what mattes is how you feel about him and if he is a nice guy to you.My dad was 5"4 all through high school and when he got to collage he stared growing he is 6"4 now see he too was picked on for his height. So if you like him go for it who cares what your friends say.

First of all, to be 'short' is not a bad thing: I'm only 4'11", and I wouldn't have it any other way! Don't worry about the height! That's a distraction that will definately keep you from seeing the great qualities of this guy. Something made you interested in him in the first place, and if you allow this to cloud your mind and your vision, you could miss out on all the great qualities that caused you to become interested in this guy in the first place.

If you really like this guy, then what your friends say shouldn't matter! My precious husband is 5'8" and I'm 5'3". When I see him or think of him he looks like he's 6'10". because to me, he is the biggest man on this planet! I adore him!
Maybe you just aren't ready for a relationship yet and should just hang out with your friends. Life is short, it goes by so quickly! Just enjoy your youth, and real love will come when it is meant to! Have a safe and happy weekend! Annie

well im 5'4 and only in middle school but i got a lot of knowledge.most the guys i like are actually shorter than me so if you found a guy that is taller than 5 feet be happy and if its that big of a deal tell him to get some vans.those make me at least 2 inches taller

Hey atleast hes taller than you are.OK some guys are a lot shorter than the women and it looks aqward but its not about the height its about the realationship.Just cooncentrate on how much you like him not how tall you rate him on the tall scale.Ok.

Thats only 2 or 3 inches taller...I date any height over mine..and he is over ures so dont go be shallow if u like him date him.
Those are some shallow friends u got there I hope they see this I CAN not belive ure listening to them..you dont dererve him then i bet he is a great guy and ure b!tchin cuz he's not 5inches taller than you..ure freakin shallow

to begin with your only 15 so a boyfriend is not that big a deal.....but if you like someone just tell your friends to grow up. Its none of their business. Who really cares how tall he is? If you like him then you like him. Just go with it....he may be Mr. Right.

If you like him you should tell your friends to back off and quit calling him names.
You should have enough confidence to make your own choices without worrying about what people think. If you like the guy, go for it.
