water suppose to run out the back but it comeing from the front

Sounds like you have it tilted toward the front. See if you can tilt the front up and check the drain hole ir the rear of the unit.

It is installed in the window wrong. Needs slight tilt backward to drain unit.

The little drain hose is plugged up outside.
stick something in it to unplug it.
