Be aware that Europe is a whole continent with a lot of sovereign countries! Each country has its own "standards".

What do you mean by "train lockers"? In Europe there usually are no lockers in trains. At (bigger!) train stations you often find lockers of varying sizes - this is really different from station to station. Some are only the size of a small daypack, some are suitable for a huge backpack or two suitcases and more.

Nothing in Europe is really standard, so neither are the lockers.
Mostly they come in different sizes per group of lockers, from big enough for a small pack or a couple of day packs to big enough for a couple of suitcases, but on some stations they will be smaller, or the big ones are the only size.

And in some countries you will not find them at all. In the UK it is nearly impossible to store your luggage for any length of time, except at a few of the London stations, where each piece is checked for explosives.
Storage there is at least double the price of that in any of the other European countries.

This question isn't in English.

The second "sentence" isn't a sentence at all -- it has two verbs -- "are" and "hav" (which isn't a proper word anyway).

Aside from that, what do you mean by a "train locker"?
