Be open and friendly and smile. Oh and don't judge people right away, give them a chance first. GOOD LUCK

Try to make your uniform look better than the other peoples uniforms, add a piece of flair, a pin or a button that would draw the attention of people to draw them in for a conversation. Find out what peoples interests are and try to attend several events in several different cliques, while trying not to come across as a trend follower, join a social group or some kind of extra curricular activity that you have time and could benefit to that will get your image out. Do realize also that attitude and friendliness makes all the difference. If you don't come across as someone who can be talked to, you wont be talked to.

Just be yourself. Don't be obnoxious but still speak up. Just be polite and friendly and not rude. I'm in college now and I can't stand the snotty girls that think they're all that. Try to find someone else who kind of looks like they need a friend haha. Just try to connect with people in your major...good luck! You'll do great!

Study hard, don't fall into the same trap i did. I used to think university was all about going out and having fun with friends but the work soon catches up and it is hard to recover. Make a plan, balance time between friends and studying but studying should always be your priority.

Don't worry about it so much, a lot of the folks I knew from college stumbled over from the dorm in their sweats. Learn and have fun!

well first u need money. thne u need a laptop with a wireless card. then you should buy the uniforms (unless they are free) then try to start a conservation with some peoples. see wat u have common: favorite foods, games, hairstyles, ect. then u should try to have as many friends as possible. that will make u more popular. well i hope this helps. try to keep in touch with your family as much as possible.

btw have a nice day at colledge. q^.^p. also try to avoid trouble on first day. freshman friday sucks so much ugh.

If you want friends then be a friend.
Smile sweetly.
Speak respectfully.
Join in the conversation slowly.
And don't try to prove that you know everything.

Just be yourself and then you will make freinds with people who know you for what you are, not what they think you are. Also, good luck with your course!
