He might have said stuff on Yahoo that people claimed to be "abuse" and whether it was or not, it could be suspended. Unfortunately, even if someone accidentally lclicked on the "abuse" button by his profile, it could be suspended. I'm sorry about his account, but since it's only suspended, eh should be getting it back soon. Good luck!
