That was the response given to the officer's question about Craig running his hand under the bathroom stall divider.

Honestly, do YOU pick up toilet paper off the floor in public restrooms?

I heard that, too.....NO I would NEVER pick up anything off a public bathroom floor, and I doubt very much a US Senator used to a upper class life style would even consider it....it would way beneath his self image and imagined status. The Senator is in deep denial.

My heavens, I never have been flashed, but I did unintentionally flash a few folks once. I was in the hospital some time back and decided to take a stoll to the vending area. Well, I wasn't thinking about what I was wearing and, let's just say that those hospital gowns don't leave a lot to the imagination on the backside. The nurse came up from behind me and put a blanket over my shoulders . . . I was wondering why it was a little drafty back there!

I have been unable to picture this event in my mind.
The senator said his foot touched the cop's foot because he has a wide stance when he goes. So, he was standing up taking a whiz in a stalled toilet. How did he get his hand under the divider? If he was seated, why would he have a wide stance when seated?
Nobody in their right mind would run their hand under a stall divider in a public restroom unless they wanted to attract the attention of the person next door.
This guys' story is so bogus.

Only if I have dropped it.
Character matters, even in this day and age. Republicans clean house, Democrats don't. ie Barney Frank.
If a Dem had done what Craig did it wouldn't be a story.

I don't think anyone is buying this story. Like I have said before, since he pleaded guilty to a crime, Craig obviously thinks that he did something wrong.

No I don't. But I thought sexual indiscretions and then lying about it don't matter to the left. Is it only when a Republican does it?
I think he should step down, but I'm a Republican who still thinks character matters.
