He's a sleazy married guy already dating another one of his employees and frequently tells my wife about his sexual conquests and even shows her pictures. He gets jealous and mad at her when she's more friendly to the only other guy in the office... Yesterday was the last straw - he invited her (alone) to go to a strip because his girlfriend was out of town! My wife refuses to admit he's into her because he's told her he could never sleep with her... Yeah right, what guy who expects to get laid tells his intentions to the girl who's trust he's trying to win?... I trust my wife (I'm better looking than he is, for one thing), but just wish she'd stop bitching me out every time I try to convince her he's trying to get in her pants. Any advice? (Yes, another job would be ideal, it's just difficult at the moment)

The boss is extremely stupid and extremely vulnerable.In today's world people cannot get away with this nonsense.If your wife took the boss and his company to court for sexual harassment your wife would have a good case.Maybe you should let your wife know that you plan to have a talk with this idiot than make an appointment with him and enlighten him on whats going to happen if this nonsense continues.I also suggest that you see a lawyer to make sure that my information is correct.Your lawyer may advise you to skip the appointment and go straight to court.

I dont think your wife with sleep with the jerk. I do think she might like the attention. Do not convience her of anything she already knows. My suggestion is act jealous, she might be looking for a reaction from you like, " I could loose my wife" ( you wouldnt really) Play along...
Once she is happy that you are upset a little, she might consider turning the jerk in to his boss.
Btw, what her boss has done is a form of harrassment jepordizing the company. She should report it to his boss or Human Resources. If they do not do anything, obtain a lawyer

women feel complimented when a person from the opposite sex notices them, even if they have no intention of doing anything about the situation... my dentist lifted the bib, looked at my chest and asked if my boobs were real this week, I know it wasn't right, but I did feel complimented(everything is real here). Just support her and trust her and tell her if she would like to find a new job it would make you both feel better, don't be mad at her, you definitely want the lines of communication open, she is telling you about it, right? she trust you, be there for her!!

I was in a similar situation.
I think your wife probably knows he is inappropriate, but she doesn't want to admit it because she wants to keep her job. Also, she probably believes she can "hold her own", and not give into him, so he is not a threat to her.
I say let it go for now, because eventually it will hit a turning point on its own. He will say or do something that will send her over the edge, and she will realize you were right. Unfortunately though she has to figure it out for herself.

Is she enjoying the attention from him? If she wasn't she would tell him not to talk to her about any of this. This is a clear cut case a sexual harassment. Maybe you need to confront this man and tell him that you don't approve of the way he talks to your wife.

Yes her boss has definitely crossed the line...Do you think SEXUAL HARASSMENT means anything to him? Your wife's refusal to see that the scum bag is being improper tells me she is enjoying the attention that he is giving her. Maybe you could confront him...tell him that you know what he is up to and that you would appreciate it if he would leave your wife alone.....and if he decides to let your wife go...then problem solved.

tell your wife to take the high road and report his *** to human resources for sexual harrassment, which is exactly what he is doing...if she can't admit to herself that he's being totally inappropriate, that's fine, but he's creating an uncomfortable work environment and she should not have to tolerate it...he's the boss and a complete scumbag for putting your wife into his personal life, what a loser!

You said you trust your wife, so shut up about it. You have no right to make her get another job nor should you be worrying that she's going to be seduced. While you think that guys are so slick with their intentions, sex isn't a prank you play on women. Women like sex and your wife isn't going to sleep with that guy unless she truly wants to! Get your head out of your butt, respect your wife and stop nagging her about her boss!!
(I do agree that your wife should bring a sexual harassment suit up though, but that's her right, not yours.)
