Clinton lied to the American Public about 'THAT WOMAN'. Gore calls him the Greatest President in a Rose Garden speach. And yet a Senator is forced out of his party because of a 'misdemeaner'. What a bunch of two-faced politicans we have. Clinton goes scott free, and Idaho goes down the tubes. What's wrong with this picture?,

President Clinton did lie to the American public, there's no doubt about that. Splitting hairs over what the word "is" means is absurd. Then again "sexual relations" is kind of vague as well, as just about any act sexual in nature could be included under that vast umbrella of a definition.
The Republican party CHOSE to exile Senator Craig. Senator Craig's actions were illegal. He illegally solicited another man for sex or whatever it is he wanted in a public men's room. What if a child had walked in and seen that? The Republicans are supposedly the "moral" party, remember? But more and more lately, the American people are getting to see the Republicans for what they truly are; HYPOCRITES!
Bush said he cut taxes for all Americans, but he did so by running up a huge deficit. And the majority of his tax cuts went disproportionately to the RICHEST 1% of Americans. Is that what Jesus would have done? Give more money to the already wealthy? I doubt it. 99% of Americans were net LOSERS under Bush's tax and spend polcies. For every one $1.00 in tax cuts they received, they were stuck holding a bill for $3.74.
Bush states that he's pro-life, yet he's pro- War. No matter what anyone says, he knowingly took us to war under false pretenses.
Bush says he's pro-life, and yet he's against programs essential to promoting life such as Health Care for all Americans and other social programs meant to help the less fortunate among us.
The hypocrisy goes on and on and Republicans refuse to acknowledge the "elephant" in the room. Democrats are guilty of this as well. Both party's members need to hold their own accountable for their actions, while keeping a watchful eye on the other party as well. Holding our elected officials accountable is the most American thing we can do and is essential to maintaining our democracy.

How in the world can you describe what happened to Clinton as a "Free Ride???" Impeachment a free ride? He lied about an affair and the whole country grinds to a halt to satisfy impotent angry Repub men (many of whom are gay anyway) who get their jollies reading about cigars and BJs?? He wasn't convicted because it was the most bogus, trumped up charges in history!

Idaho "goes down the tubes" because they have a lying, psychotic hypocrite for a Senator. He is delusional because he doesn't believe he's gay and he's a SELF-ADMITTED lawbreaker. He pleaded guilty. Case closed.

Check out the Constitution. There must be a copy around somewhere. Clinton was impeached and put on trial. He was acquitted of committing "high crimes and misdemeanors" not crimes and misdemeanors, but high crimes etc. Craig pleaded guilty. He isn't required to resign. He could have stayed on as a senator, but members of his own party pointed out that his effectiveness was basically over and, for the sake of the party, he should go away. I would guess that his marriage will soon be history as well if his wife believes the charges against him.

A simple answer. the Repub Senator Craig incident involves gay sex. The Repubs are so gay-phobic they had to run Craig out of office. How else do you explain that Vitter was also linked to a sex scandal but that involved a female prostitute and the Repubs have taken no action against him.

Actually, if you read/watched the news, Republicans are forcing the senator to leave office. And as a liberal, I find it disgusting for him to be so anti-gay yet he was about to engage in sex with another man (if he hadn't been caught). I don't think Clinton was right for having sex with Monica Lewinsky but it didn't effect the way he ran the country. The senator, on the other hand, has been voting against gay everything yet he clearly likes men.

Clinton came forward and made what the public saw as "Full Disclosure", so they let it rest. The Senator refuses to do so and is causing embarrassment to those he supports because of past legal standings and issues he upheld, most of which are pulled into question because of the nature of his action. He has been an anti-gay advocate for all of his time in office and the crime he is charged with pulls his sexual preference into question.

Clinton didn't get a free ride. He was brought up for impeachment. Also, these cons who preach against gays and are in fact gay, are hypocrites. That's the real outrage. The Senator who was caught in the men's room was outraged with Clinton when Clinton had his affair. It's KARMA.

The Democrats are in control of the House and Senate, and the liberal press is howling for any Republican's blood. Personally, I will always think that Sen. Craig was set up and enticed by the undercover officer. After all, all he apparently did was "pat his foot" which the undercover officer "reconized as an invitation." If that isn't entrapment, what is? Do you ever pat your foot in the rest room stall? or even move your feet? Be careful, you could be inviting your next door stall neighbor to have unbridled wild, gay or lesbian sex!

The democrats stone this guy for his gay hypocrisy. Nevertherless, his own party is the one that shows him the noose.

Republican hypocrites impeached Clinton and he was acquitted,

One of those republican clowns (a bad naughty nasty man) pled guilty.

So, it's too early in the morning for me to feel your pain.
