I am a Mets and Red Sox fan, but more importantly a Baseball fan. I would root for the Cubs over anyone to win the series. I hope they get that far. 1908 was way too long ago!!!

Yes i do. Here is why. Our starting pitching is one of the elite in baseball. Check out cubs.com and scroll down to the bottome of the page to the news and you will see it. We are winning games without the long ball. Small ball worked for the white sox in 2005. Last year the cardinals won it all after only winning 83 games last year. The cubs will win the world series and when they do i will be a very very happy man.

The cubs don't have a chance. I'm a cubs fan but there starting pitching lately as been bad. Also they don't have a number one starter Zambrano in August was terrible and he is a head case. There bullpen is shaky they only have a couple guys in there pen that I trust in Howry and Mammol. What makes people think the cubs are going to win the world series anyway I don't understand peoples logic when this team is always up and down, there only a few games over 500 and they have trouble beating teams in there own division. Also Lee Ramirez and Soriano have been disappointments Lee and Ramirez don't even have twenty home runs yet.

Yes, of course the Chicago Cubs are going to win the World Series. With Zambrono and Lilly for pitching and Soriano, Lee, and Rameriz. GO CUBS!!!!!!!!!

My hubby says " R U SERIOUS" the world series they'd be lucky to even make the playoffs which they probably won't cuz the Cards are gonna win the division anyhow cuz the Cubs will choke like they always do

First we have to see if they even win their division. The Brewers are doing pretty good, they aare being followed by the Cardinals by a couple of games.
