I am looking for some new tropical fish to go in my tank, however I'm not sure what fish are compatible with Guppies and Cardinal Tetras. If anyone has any advice or experience I would be extremely grateful. Thank you xxxxx

I would not recommend putting a betta in there if you have male guppy's in there
there are many different types you could add
mollys
any kind of other tetras
platys
swordtails
and also cory cats if you don't have a bottom dweller yet

here are a couple of links for tetras and cory cats

Hope that helps
Good luck

Dont put in bettas! You dont know for sure they wont harm anything. Male bettas fight together, female bettas fight together, male and female fight together. The only time females wont fight is if they are born from the same litter as a kid. My advice: dont risk it with a betta. They dont like other fish that have long flowy fins, or bright colors. Pretty much they like to be the ones with the attention. :] hehe
