I have 2 daughters aged 15 and 21, i have got negotiations down to a fine art I'm my house. We discuss what is wanted then i tell them if they pay half the rent, half the cost of food and utility bills they can have the freedom they require, until that time they live by my rules...works every time...money talks! x x
