Its a 74 CB500.Up to until 3 weeks ago it started on the 1st kick.Left for vacation, when i returned i started on the 1st kick but oil started to trickle from magneto side so after 5 minutes turned engine off. After 2 days wont start up to now.Cleaned the sparkplugs & check for spark-had good spark, then sprayed WD40 just incase rust had moved in. Removed the mufflers & found water inside then sprayed WD40 on the 4 exhaust valves just to be sure that incase insides rusted it would break the rust. Cleaned carbs, found a little water and drained fueltank to be sure.What more can I do to start up the bike, besides replacing the crankshaft oil seal to stop leak?

Pull the spark plugs again.
Put it in first gear.
Hold the clutch in.
Push the bike as fast as you can.
Let the clutch out and give it full throttle.
Push, push, push.....Whew I'm tired......
Now, put the spark plugs back in.
Try to start it with the choke on three kicks.
Now, turn the choke off.
Kick start it again with full throttle.
Oh, drain the carburetors of any water in the carburetor bowls first.

I presume you actually wiped all water from all areas before spraying WD40. Try replacing spark plugs/leads. Check the battery as it may need to be put on a charger for a while or even replaced. It would not hurt to spray a little WD40 in the ignition.

The only issue I have is all the water your finding everywhere. It seems a short time to have the bike sit for that to show up. You said you had spark. I had ignition switch failure one time. I was stupid and bought new coils, all I had to do was work switch back and forth a few times and fired right up. Try it, You never know. Good luck
