First of all Alana jan I am blocked by most of them and can't see their Q's. So I do not have a clue what is in the links, but from your Question I can get what do you mean, correct me if I am wrong.
It is not only in US, they think people treat them poorly everywhere in the world.
Specially countries where its people knows about the Armenian Genocide and the denial of government of Turkey.
Ataturk tried to clean so many things from the history of Turkey and its bloody past , but that action was limited in Turkey not around the world, the documents, proofs and information about what they did in the past is scattered around the globe, they are not known as popular nation,
They are right in this one....lol.

Considering that quite a few people of different ethnic groups and cultures immigrate here to the states, I find it odd that any particular group would claim to be singled-out or systematic discriminated against. Yes, I'm sure there are individuals who've had bad experiences when living in or visiting the US (and, of course, some of our native-born population claim to be mistreated as well), but there are other countries where mistreatment of foreigners in general is far more rampant than could ever happen here in the US.

if you find an answer why they don't like the Turks in Germany,Austria,Holland, Belgium,France, ....... then we will know why they do not like them in U.S.A.
i wonder why should Turks be loved around the world???
are they any difference between turks and any other minorities in U.S.A.

May be there are low income Armenians,who live in U.S.A. How ever the percentage of very successful and prospares, professional and educated are so high in every area of life. in U.S.A the ARMENIANS consider and are one of the most successful and very wealthy minorities.
the whole ARMENIAN population around the world is five to

Most Americans don't know a lot about Turkey, and many don't even know any Turks, but nevertheless, many people associate the country with atrocities and genocide.

Doesn't EVERYBODY claim they are mistreated in the US? Don't many of our own citizens claim to be mistreated in the US?? Well then, why should the Turk(eys) be any different??

I never knew this? This is odd for me !! I have an Italian friend he went turkey as a visit by his job he said it was a very nice place.
