Yes, they do. I was just in the UK for work and kept making the mistake of walking on the right side of the hallway (and stairs) while everyone else was walking on the left.

Technically No but as we are all used to driving on the left we tend to pass on the left as well.
I tend to wander a bit when I walk so its quite amusing to see people tutting at me as I walk down the right hand side of stairs as they come face to face with me.
In London however there are signs on escalators advising you to keep to the right side as in the rush hour people walk quickly up the left side so you must keep to the right if you intend to let the escalator do the work (this includes keeping your luggage on the right as well) !

Quite often the answer is yes.
Enter an Underground station and the entry gates are to the left, busy walkways and stairs have keep-left signs.
Similarly, in busy public passageways folks do tend to keep left.

When we drive on the roads, we pass on the left.
When we walk on the roads, we walk on the right hand side.
We normally pass on the left in a corridor, but there's nothing to say we have to.

unusual, yet i've got observed that human beings do not generally walk like they tension; ordinarily we tend to stroll to the left. you opt for in basic terms flow on your interior reach Wal-Mart to work out this.
