Have you had an ultrasound? Not to see if you're pregnant but to see if there are any cysts on your ovaries. My sister didn't get her period for a long time and that turned out to be the issue. Don't worry, they're almost always benign, as they were with my sister, but it's good to get it checked out, just in case, and also just to know that that's what the problem is.

Well I suggest a complete physical to narrow everything down. And if the doctor says you are not pregnant and all the blood work came out fine you might need to get a second opinion. I have a cousin who works out all the time and for some of the same reasons she doesn't get hers for awhile... exercise might be the reason Aunt Flo hasn't made her debut

I began menopause at 31. I had my hormones tested and my ovaries were just not working. I still have periods, because I take BCP for their dose of estrogen. But my ovaries have shrunk so that my drs can't find them in a pelvic exam. Oh, well. I'm 45 now, and want grandkids, not kids.

Have you been tested for diabetes insipidus? This is often caused by underactive pituitary gland, the gland which is also responsible for your reproductive hormones. Excessive urination is an indicator. My brother had this and apart from always urinating he often complained of stomach ache.

I'm glad that you are seeing a doctor. You don't sound like you are in pain, so I wouldn't be too worried. It could be from exercise, but I doubt it. It's probably the early menopause.
