I've been waking up either around 3 or 6 in the morning to go the bathroom for the past week! This never usually happens...but I'm back at college now so I'm not really sure why I'm doing that. I just want to sleep through the entire night without waking up...is there anything that will help me do that?

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
at http://nosleep.in/howtogetsleep.html

don't drink as much water..... I'm not really sure. It could be something more serious. I'd try asking a professional. They would be able to help.

you should talk to your doctor, because you may have a bladder problem. He may prescribe to you a medicine over the counter, but thats what you'll have to do. I know what you are thinking "WTF man! Im in COLLEGE im POOR!" But if you really want to get rid of it, thats the risk you'll have to take!

get well soon
