Does anyone know what to include in a video audition when sending it off to auditions, casting agents etc?

If anyone knows please let me know.

It varies widely. Some just clips of productions they were in so the producers can see what they do. Some do introductions before showing these. Some just do a verbal biography so they can see what you look like, how you smile, etc.

I would send a standard audition which has been taped. That would include 2 or 3 monolgues, depending on whether it is stage or screen and the proper kind of opening and closing.

If you do not know the details of what I just said, you may not be quite ready to audition., Click on my name and read my profile and ask me questions at my aol address.
