I think we need more information or a link. You can add on to the question any time. Generally being thin skinned runs like this. If we use judgmental instead of descriptive words we tend to be picky and too much in to things, including ourselves. On the other hand using descriptive words are more accurate and scientific and actually improve judgment and sensitivity. Separating from emotions, we can actually face deeper emotions and pass off more bad behavior, correct our thinking corrupted from it and then get away from it, if it doesn't change. Study emotional intelligence and you'll have it. EI is the single most important measurement of success and happiness because emotions are the strongest part of us over 'reason', and the least understood so the easiest way to be head and shoulders above the crowd. It eventually leads to better intuition and the shift of consciousness is found to be the secret to genius rather than something mysterious.
